Annual General Meeting of the association held once in every calendar year at such time, date, and place as may be determined by the Executive Committee. Notice is given 21 days before the meeting specifying agenda for the adoption of Annual Report, Annual budget, Audit Report, the appointment of an auditor, and introduction of the newly formed executive committee of the association. On the occasion of the annual general meeting, BCPA organize a dinner program where senior personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture, Professors of Agricultural Universities, Researchers of different Agricultural Research Institutes,  Senior officials of the Department of Agricultural Extension meet with representatives of all member companies of BCPA and share their thoughts and ideas for the betterment of crop protection industry and Bangladesh agriculture.

From the beginning, BCPA has been the “voice” of the crop protection industry, communicating the benefits of crop protection chemicals to policy makers and the general public. Regulatory advocacy focus prominent issues and their potential impact on the crop protection industry, global crop protection outlook, and what to do for modernization of Bangladesh agriculture. BCPA perform dialogue with the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of food, Ministry of environment, agricultural research institute, universities, pesticide regulatory authority, media and all other related stakeholders who will be helping to shape the future of Bangladesh agriculture.

BCPA publishes the quarterly newsletter “Bhumi” as an effective way to focus on BCPA’s initiatives and thoughts, BCPA also publishes updated registered pesticide list book at a regular interval and distribute these publications to all related stakeholders.  BCPA prepares and distributes leaflets, folders, posters to promote the responsible use of crop protection products and to influence ethical management of crop protection products.

BCPA provides support to different organizations in organizing agricultural fare at the national and international level. BCPA act as co-organizer and exhibitor in agricultural fare and install booth for exchanging knowledge and idea with visitors. BCPA communicate with member companies to join in agricultural fare organized at national and international level for linking with new innovations and institutions.
